Named after our childhood fish and chips order, we set out to make something satisfying, familiar, and easy on the wallet.
There’s something special about beers at a lower ABV that refuse to compromise on flavour or aroma. These are the beers we find ourselves reaching for again and again.
Brewed with 100% Australian grown grains from Voyager (NSW).
Organic Pilsner, Dexter, Raw Spelt & Raw Rye.
Hopped heavily in the whirpool w/ Tettnang (DE), Rakau (NZ) & Pacifica (NZ) to 25 IBU.
This beer was fermented in stainless without temperature control for 4 weeks w/ our House Saison Strain from Mogwai Labs (NSW).
Packaged on August 26th 2025 and bottle/keg conditioned for 5 months.
The aroma is full of pear & freshly made bread dough.
The palate brings a real guava flavour combined with classic saison characters.
