Casey Grieve & Hannah McErlane

Partners in life and now partners in business.

Casey - Brewer/Blender

Casey grew up in Marlborough, New Zealand surrounded by vineyards, wine, music and Mum's famous cooking. Although unlikely at first it was no surprise he ended up in this industry.

He spent four years travelling and working in wineries around the world - learning techniques and skills, working with different climates and fruits before completing his Graduate Diploma in Oenology. He then moved into the brewing industry working for two years at a respected brewery in Melbourne before heading across to Toronto, Canada to gain experience at a small mixed fermentation brewery/blendery.

For as long as he can remember Casey has wanted to do something independently and represent his creative journey - this project will do just that.

Hannah - Branding/Marketing 

Hannah is a Registered Nurse and graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing 9 years ago from Otago Polytechnic, New Zealand. Throughout her nursing career, she has developed a strong passion for holistic health and wellbeing, sustainability, meditation, and mindfulness. Hannah is the backbone behind Sobremesa's commitment to environmental sustainability. 

She has always had a passion for photography; inspired by film, travel, culture, and minimalism. This project is a representation of Hannah's creative element and journey so far, watch this space.
