We offer refunds or exchanges if your product is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee.
We’ll cover the cost of shipping if Sobremesa is at fault (eg. if the wrong product is shipped). We offer redelivery if the product is damaged in transit, free of charge.
