This was apart of the Carwyn Cellars - Black Box and we were stoked to be invited to participate this year.Brewed with 100% Australian grown grains.Floor malted - Australian Ale from House of Malt (VIC). Australian chocolate malt, amber, crystal & flaked barley. Hopped hotside w/ East Kent Golding (UK) Primary fermentation in barrel w/ a blend of english ale yeast and two strains of brettanomyces for 8 weeks. Packaged on May 29th 2022 and can conditioned for 10 weeks.
Aromas of coffee, homemade chocolate & dried fruit.Notes of toffee & dark bread while presenting light & dry.
