This is a collaboration with our good friends at @Bonehead Brewing.
Our interpretation of a Flemish style red ale. Fermented in two neutral barriques for 10 months w/ a blend of pediococcus, lactobacillus, brettanomyces and saccharomyces.
This is a 50/50 blend of both those barrels.
Packaged on 27th March 2023 and bottle/keg conditioned for 3 months.
Dark cherry, cola and mandarin skin sing on the nose.
The palate is light but it carries a gorgeous depth and richness with it.
Stewed raisins, toffee & rye bread.
A driving acidity that makes the experience morish.
