Brewed with 100% Australian grown grains.
Organic pilsner & chit malt from Voyager (NSW). Australian rolled wheat, rye, oats & barley. Hopped hotside w/ Saaz (CZ), Styrian Golding (SL) & Tettnang (DE) to 26 IBU.
Fermented warm in stainless for 4 weeks with our house saison strain.
Unfiltered and naturally conditioned.
Packaged on March 27th 2023 and can/keg conditioned for 6 weeks.
Batch #03 is the best this beer has looked. The aroma is full of pear, peppercorns & subtle hints of clove while the palate is tilted towards white flowers & preserved lemon.
Fermentation driven with an assertive bitterness.
Zippy & light, pillowy head & carbed well.
Reminds us of listening to beats from The Alchemist while eating tomato & cheese on toast.
Simple but elevated.
